What is a model train show and what are its benefits?
A model train show, also known as a model railway or museum, offers inspiration while presenting one’s passion and dreams. Both creators and visitors benefit tenfold from these shows, whether it’s a small setup in one’s spare room or a larger scale presentation. Some people want to capture the past of building layouts and memories with their families while others become intrigued with model trains later in life.
In addition to bringing together families, model trains offer educational learning through problem-solving, woodwork, and electrical wiring. Individuals who have artistic talent can put model trains on display with backdrops, landscapes, and three-dimensional objects.
What technology is used for the railway automation control?
Model train layouts require more specialized wiring and power sources than the play train sets we buy for our young children. The commonly used power is a household source.
Our system is known as DCC, Digitrax Command Control system and a few Z21 black box, to allow for individual control of each model train.
With this technology, evenly powered levels are consistently flowing to the rail tracks to allow for control. Each train unit has a computerized chip( DCC decoder) to read the digital information coming from the controller. This allows for the controlled movements of each engine.
Our layout is fully automated by using CTI system.
